Our home visit notary service in Dubai brings the notary public to you. We come to your home, office, hospital or care home in the UAE, check your identity, watch you sign and apply the notary seal there. You do not need to travel, take time off work or move someone who is unwell.

Visits to hospitals and care homes
The notary must be able to confirm that the person signing understands the document and signs it of their own choice. At a hospital or care home, choose a time when the person is awake and able to talk. If they need an interpreter, tell us when you book. If they cannot sign their name, tell us before the visit so we can plan the right form of the document.
Ask the hospital or care home in advance whether a visitor can come to the room and at what times. Have the patient’s original passport and Emirates ID ready, as the notary cannot accept photos.

Do you offer a home visit notary in Dubai?
Yes. We come to your home, office, hospital or care home in the UAE and notarise your document there. We prepare the document before the visit.
How much does a home visit notary cost?
The Dubai private notary fee for a trip outside the place of work is AED 1,000. Our own charge for the visit is quoted when you book, and the document’s own price and government fee are added. We confirm your final price before you pay.
Can a notary come to a hospital?
Yes. The notary must be able to confirm that the patient understands the document and signs it freely. Choose a time when the patient is awake and able to talk, and tell us if an interpreter is needed.
Do you visit outside Dubai?
Yes, we visit addresses in the UAE. Tell us the emirate and area when you contact us and we will confirm the visit and the charge.
Can several people sign during one visit?
Yes. Directors, parents or family members can all sign at the same visit, as long as each one is present with their original ID.
