Online or at your workshop

Our online notary public services work by video, through the UAE remote notarisation channels such as the Ministry of Justice e-Notary system and UAE PASS. The signer needs UAE PASS and their ID. We tell you if your document can be done online.
Home visit.
We come to your workshop, site office, home, hospital or care home. This suits companies where two or more partners must sign, and workers who cannot leave the site. The notary checks each original ID, watches each signature and seals the document there. See home visit notary services.

Personal or commercial: why the MOFA category matters
If your document is going abroad, MOFA attests it after the notary. MOFA charges AED 150 for a personal document and AED 2,000 for a commercial one, so the category changes the cost a lot. MOFA’s FAQ puts a power of attorney of a personal nature on its individual list, and a power of attorney of a commercial nature, or a general power of attorney, on its commercial list. A company power of attorney is usually commercial. A worker’s special power of attorney for a family matter may be personal. We check before we quote, so there is no surprise later.
MOFA takes applications through its website and the UAE MOFA app, and its FAQ says its Customer Happiness Centres are closed. After MOFA, the destination country’s embassy or consulate in the UAE adds its stamp where that country asks.

Is there a notary public in Mussafah?

Can several partners sign on one visit?
Yes. Each partner must be there with their original Emirates ID or passport. The notary witnesses each signature and seals the document once.

Can I send a power of attorney to my family in my home country?
