    Step by step

    Your first message

A good first message saves a round of questions. Send:

Envelope, pen and coffee cup on a wooden table

    01

A photo of each document, front and back, with every stamp visible.

    02

Where it was issued, and where it will be used.

    03

The office that asked for it, and what it said it wants: “notarised”, “attested”, “legalised” or “certified copy”.

    04

Your deadline, if there is one.

    05

Where you are now, and, for a parent’s letter, where each parent is.

    06

How you want to sign: in person, online or at home.

If the office gave you a written list, send a photo of that too. It usually answers questions we would otherwise have to ask.

    Side by side

Three ways to have your document notarised

More on each: online notary and home visit notary. For fast track notary services in the UAE, tell us your deadline in your first message and we tell you what is possible.

    Step by step

From first message to finished document

    01

    We read the document

and tell you what it needs: a notary, a translation, MOFA, an embassy, or only some of these.

    02

We send a written quote, with our service price and each government fee as separate lines. All service prices are starting prices and are negotiable. Government fees are paid on top, at cost, exactly as the authority charges them. We confirm your final price before you pay.

    03

    You decide.

Nothing starts until you agree to the quote.

    04

    We draft the wording

    where the document needs it.

    05

You sign before the notary public, in person, online or at home.

    06

    We take it on

to translation, MOFA and the embassy if it needs them, and return it to you with a scan of every page.

    Common requests

    Before you send an original

Please do not post an original certificate to us before we have seen a photo of it. Some documents need a step in the country that issued them before anything can happen in the UAE, and some offices only need a copy. A photo first means your original only travels once, and only where it has to go.

If you are outside the UAE, tell us your country first. We tell you which steps you can finish where you are and which ones we complete here.

    Your documents and your details

We use what you send only to prepare your quote and handle your documents. Originals are returned to you, with a scan of every page, when the work is done.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions

What is the quickest way to contact Dubai Notary Services?

WhatsApp +971 52 947 5935 with a photo of your document. WhatsApp and online requests are answered 24/7, and the office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Can I visit without an appointment?

Send us a message first. We check what your document needs, so you bring the right papers and your ID, and the visit is not wasted.

    Can you come to me?

Yes. We come to your home, office, hospital or care home in the UAE. Our charge is quoted when you book.

    Can I sign online?

What should I bring to sign?

Your original passport, your Emirates ID if you are a UAE resident, and the document or the details for it. For a company paper, bring the trade licence and proof of your authority to sign.
