Use the authority's own website, app or phone line on the day you plan to go. ### Check the timings. Opening hours change, especially around public holidays and the Saturday and Sunday government weekend. ### Check if you need an appointment. Some service points only see booked customers. ### Check your document is ready. Bring a draft the notary can accept, in Arabic or with a translation if the authority asks for one. ### Bring every signer. Each person who signs must attend with an original Emirates ID or passport. ### Check how to pay. Ask the authority which payment methods the centre accepts. ## Notary or attestation: which do you need? People looking for a notary at Marina Mall sometimes need attestation, and the other way round.
